Moulvibazar Deputy Commissioner Mir Nahid Ahsan and Guest of Honor Indian Assistant High Commissioner Sylhet Neeraj Kumar Jaiswal inaugurated the colorful festival by ringing the bell at 4 pm on Saturday. Srimangal Upazila Parishad Chairman Bhanulal Roy, Upazila Executive Officer Ali Rajeev Mahmud Mithun, Upazila Awami League President Ardhendu Kumar Deb, Sreemangal Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md Jahangir Hossain Sardar, Upazila Parishad Female Vice Chairman Mitali Dutta, Upazila Awami League Secretary Jagat Jyoti Dhar were special guests on the occasion.
