Israeli illegal settlers launched an ambush late at night in Nablus, West Bank, Palestine. A Palestinian shot and killed two Israelis in a village called Hawara in Nablus on Sunday.

After this incident, the Israelis set fire to Palestinian houses and cars in Nablus with the help of the army on Sunday night.

Al Jazeera, a Qatar-based media outlet, reported at least 300 attacks by illegal Israeli settlers. The attack was described by Palestinian officials as “a well-organized killing and looting”.

The Israelis shot a 37-year-old man named Samih al-Aqtas in the stomach in Zatara, a village south of Nablus. He died the next day after being injured in that shot. Samih, who lost his life at the hands of the Israelis, returned from Turkey just five days ago. He went to Turkey to help earthquake victims.

At least 390 Palestinians from the villages of Hawara, Jatara, Burin and Asira al-Qiblia were injured in the Israeli attack. The Palestinian Red Crescent said most of the injuries were from tear gas and smoke from house and car fires. Palestinian media reported that the Israelis attacked with knives and rods.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that one person was hospitalized with serious injuries. Whose head was hit with a rod. And due to this injury, his skull was cracked. Another was killed with a rod in the face. Saddam Omar, a resident of Hawara village, called the Israeli rampage “barbaric”.

He told Al Jazeera on Monday local time, “Yesterday we saw a new level of crime by colonial settlers. Where they attacked everything. It means that shops, people, supermarkets, houses, trees, cars, car garages have been attacked everywhere. They also tried to enter the house.

Omar added, “They were 100% protected by the army.” West Bank Palestinian official Ghassan Douglas told Al Jazeera that at least 30 houses and 100 vehicles were set on fire. However, no one was killed in the fire.
He said, “The magnitude of the attack and the short time it took place is unimaginable.” He said that the Israeli soldiers were “accomplices” in this heinous crime.
