Govt is playing drama over Khaleda Zia’s release: Mirza Fakhrul
Dhaka/
The party’s general secretary Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has expressed anger that the government is playing drama over the release of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.
He made this comment at a discussion meeting on the occasion of the founding anniversary of Tanti Dal at the National Press Club on Monday (February 27) afternoon.
Mentioning that they want to confuse the people of the country about Begum Zia’s politics, Mirza Fakhrul said that when the time comes for politics, he will do politics. Whether in jail or wherever, don’t talk too much. He will decide to do his politics. Begum Khaleda Zia is under house arrest today. He is very ill, at this time the government has started a drama about him.
Regarding the election, BNP Secretary General said that Awami League has become politically bankrupt. Otherwise, why are you afraid to give a fair election? Awami League will lose its security if the vote is fair.
