Srimangal Upazila Jubo League organized a protest march and protest meeting as part of Bangladesh Awami Jubo League’s central program against terrorist activities, violent politics, open arms drills and attacks on people and police nationwide in the name of BNP Jamaat’s march.

On Sunday (February 19) at 4 pm, a procession was taken out from Choumuhna square under the initiative of Srimangal Upazila Jubo League and went around the various roads of the city. Later protest meeting started at Chaumahna Chattar. Upazila Jubo League Acting President Md. Shahidur Rahman Shahid, Acting General Secretary Nurul Amin and other leaders spoke at the protest meeting.
Also in the protest march and protest meeting Upazila Jubo League Vice President Mohammad Jasim Uddin, Khaliq Mia, Municipal Jubo League President Akbar Hossain Shaheen, Vice President Kamrul Hasan Dulon, Mohammad Imam Hossain Sohel, Nepal, Liton Das, Upazila Chhatra League Ex-President Mominul Hossain Sohel, Jubo League Leader Badrul Alam Shiplu, Md. Monir Mia, Rana, Belal Ahmed, Kuti Mia, Sadiqul, Jabbar, Nuru, President of Fishery League Ashikur Rahman, Chhatra League leader Sujat, Ujjal and others were present. All the leaders of Srimangal Upazila Jubo League, Municipal Jubo League, Union Jubo League, Ward Jubo League participated in the protest march and protest meeting.
