Bangladesh government has announced a one-day national mourning on February 9, Thursday, following the order of His Excellency the President due to the recent earthquake in Turkey-Syria.

As a part of this, the national flag was kept at half-mast at Palashbari Press Club of Gaibandhar on Thursday, February 9.

It should be noted that last Wednesday (February 8) in a notification of the Cabinet Department, a day of state mourning was given in the case of the loss of life in the earthquake in Syria and Turkey.
