Nagrik Bhoomiseva Kendra (Customer Service Center) has been started on an experimental basis at Bhumi Bhavan at Satrasta Junction in Tejgaon, Capital. This service center has been launched by the Ministry of Lands on Tuesday (February 7).
Sources of the Ministry of Lands said that initially this service is being provided through 9 representatives. Apart from this, experienced land experts will advise if necessary.
Citizens are receiving land services by calling the ministry’s helpline 16122. If they want, they can directly appear at the land service center and take legal advice related to land. Among the various types of land services, one can get advice on e-namjari, land development tax and other issues.
Any type of land service can be obtained by calling helpline 16122 (from abroad +880 96123 16122) or by sending a comment or message on Land Ministry’s service page Land Service Facebook page (www.facebook.com/land.gov.bd). Complaints can also be reported.
Apart from these services, Citizen Land Service Center has been launched on an experimental basis. This center is for those who prefer to attend services in person instead of online services.
