Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that there will be no change in the power of this country without elections. It will not be possible for those who want to come to power by other means by conspiracy. Because the people of this country also think that there is no other way except voting.
He said these things at the inauguration ceremony of ‘Hello Police Manikganj’ program at Manikganj Superintendent of Police office on Thursday afternoon.
Addressing the BNP, the Home Minister said that they are holding district meetings in every department and district. Now the people have started to block the roads again. We have said, you will do the program, not because of inconvenience to people. Do not do anything destructive including arson. If this happens, the police will enforce the law, it is natural.
He said that if exceptional service programs like Hello Police Manikganj are launched across the country, people’s confidence in the police will increase. Not as a minister, but I think people across the country would unanimously agree that the police are doing a good job. At this time, the minister spoke to some of the beneficiaries of Hello Police Manikganj.
