Sri Sri Swaraswati Puja was held with due dignity in Shaistaganj Upazila of Habiganj. Various educational institutions and social organizations organize pujas separately. Pujacharan of Pujari, Anjali offers. Prasad was distributed later.

Last January 26, in the upazila’s municipal town, Shaistaganj Girls High School, Jagannathpur personally organized Swaraswati Puja along with Bina Pani organization. Leaders of these organizations, public representatives, administration and people from all walks of life visit the mandapas. Vidyadevi Swaraswati is worshiped every year at the beginning of the month of Magha on Panchami Tithi.
