Islamic unity claimed that education syllabus is anti-Islamic

The leaders of the Islamic Oikyazot have claimed that the people want to see the correct presentation of history in the textbooks of 92% Muslim countries. They also called for the immediate cancellation of the education syllabus, claiming it to be anti-Islamic.
The leaders of the party said these things in a protest rally at the National Mosque Baitul Mukarram North Gate of the capital on Saturday.
The Islamic Oykiyazot held this program to demand ‘cancellation of anti-Islamic education syllabus, eradication of corruption, price control of daily necessities and establishment of Islamic rule in the country’.
Chairman of Islami Oikyazot Maulana Abul Hasanat Amini said in the president’s speech before the rally that there is a conspiracy to turn the new generation of the country into atheists through the controversial education syllabus. Text books are trying to make Muslim students lose their faith.
He said that controversial anti-Islamic education syllabus should be canceled immediately. According to the thoughts of ninety-two percent of Muslims, a new education syllabus should be formulated under the supervision of scholars. At the same time, exemplary punishment should be given to the accused in the formulation of this syllabus.
Hasanat Amini congratulated the government for building model mosques across the country.
Mufti Faizullah, Secretary General of Islamic Unity, said that it is essential to believe in the basic rules of Islam. These rules are finally hammered out in the current education syllabus.
He also said that the government should control the price of goods. Haqqani scholars of the country should appoint imams and khatibs in the model mosques in each police station.

Qayyum, Mufti Rahmatullah Bukhari, Mufti Khorshed Alam, Maulana Nuruzzaman, student leader Abul Hasim and many others.
At the end of the rally, a protest march passed through Paltan junction and circled various roads and again arrived at the North Gate of Baitul Mukarram and ended with prayers. It was led by Maulana Abul Hasanat Amini, chairman of Islami Oikyazot, and Mufti Faizullah, secretary general.
