Foreign Minister and MP of Sylhet-1 Constituency commented that we are getting e-commerce services for the government to build a digital country. AK Abdul Momen. During the corona period, women sold various products at home. There is a women’s platform in e-commerce called ‘Wee-e’. There are 1 lakh 35 thousand members.
The foreign minister said these things while visiting Sylhet Women Entrepreneurship Fair in the welcome ceremony and the Chief Guest’s speech.
A 3-day long ‘Women Entrepreneurship Mela’ was organized at an elite hotel near Jallapur in the city. Entrepreneurial women of Sylhet display and sell their products at the fair.
On the closing day of the fair, Dr. Kritisantan of Sylhet. A.K. Abdul Momen was felicitated. Speaking on the occasion, the foreign minister also said – I have been suggested that a specific place should be made for women entrepreneurs in Sylhet. Where they can display and sell their manufactured goods at different times of the year. This is a good suggestion. This will create more women entrepreneurs and encourage women in business. We will arrange that place.
