Lutfur Rahman (Uzzal): Minister for Chittagong Hill Tract Affairs Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing (MP).Said that there is no alternative to Sheikh Hasina to build a smart Bangladesh.Minister said that strict measures will be taken if the development work of the government is obstructed.

Minister Bir Bahadur Also Commenting that it is not the work of the law and order forces alone to stand against militants and terrorists,the General public,Public Representatives,Administration,headman and all should work together to eradicate corruption and terrorism.

Minister for Chittagong Hill Tract Affairs Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing (MP) Said this while speaking as the chief guest at the distribution of winter clothes,agricultural implements,tools and sewing machines among the poor and needy during a one-day visit organized by the Thanchi Upazila administration of Bandarban (7 January).

At this time,The hill minister also said that if the people of Chittagong Hill Tracts and all over the country want to continue all development activities including education, communication,health,environment and agricultural farms in the future, there is no alternative to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.In 1996, the Awami League government came to power and took various development projects including Chittagong Hill Tracts including widows, disabled,elderly,milk allowance.
