On behalf of Al-Khair Foundation, an international social organization in Moulvibazar, Srimangale, 200 quality blankets have been gifted to the families of freedom fighters and martyred freedom fighters in Srimangale.

On Saturday (January 7) ) at 11 a.m. in the upazila council meeting, Srimangal upazila administration organized and in cooperation with Al Khayer Foundation, gifts of cold clothes (blankets) were distributed to brave freedom fighters. Upazila Executive Officer Ali Rajib Mahmud Mithun distributed blankets to 72 brave freedom fighters present as the chief guest.

Kumud Ranjan Dev, former commander of Srimangal Muktijoddha Sangsad, Biswajyoti Chowdhury, President of Srimangal Press Club, Ahmad Salim, Assistant General Secretary of Sylhet Press Club were present in the ceremony. On behalf of Al Khayer Foundation, 200 pcs of high quality blankets were gifted to the brave freedom fighters and martyred freedom fighters and their families. Blankets were gifted to 72 brave freedom fighters in the ceremony but will be distributed to others later. Members of Al Khayer Foundation and the brave freedom fighters of Srimangal Muktijudda Sangsad were present in the ceremony.
