Disabled Zarina expressed her desire for a job

Physically challenged student Zarina Khatun (27). Passed HSC. He was applying to various government and private institutions with the dream of getting a job. But even today he did not get that desired job. Zarina, who is disabled, wants to live in social status by getting a job in any organization.
Zarina Khatun, a disabled person from Jamudanga (Khuniapara) village of Damodarpur Union of Sadullapur Upazila of Gaibandhar on the surface, has a look of despair on her face. The reason is only, the sandal of the foot wears out, but the luck does not get any job.
It is known that Zahir Mandal, the laborer of that village, eats daily. Father of 3 daughters and one son in married life. He has a family of 6 members including his wife Morsheda Begum. The eldest among those children is Zarina Khatun. This girl is born with two hands and feet problems. However, despite being physically handicapped, he is fairly talented. In his education life, he passed 4.50 in SSC from the local Dakshin Bhangamore High School and 4.42 in HSC from Sadullapur Women’s Degree College. Then he failed in the degree pass exam during the Corona period. Still did not give up on education. Again preparing to participate in degree pass exam. In the education life of this Zarina Khatun, her classmates along with her mother Morsheda Begum continue to cooperate tirelessly to come and go to school and college. However, he did not lose heart. Will do a job with academic education, continuing education in this dream. Besides, she continues her tuition as a home teacher in her area. He has achieved HSC certificate with that strong spirit. Seven years ago, he was applying to various public and private institutions in the hope of getting a job after obtaining this education certificate. But she didn’t get the job she wanted. Zarina Khatun, a disabled person, said that she studied to get social status. So that you will stand tall in the society by working in a government or private institution. But it has upset him. Now he considers himself a burden to the society.
He also said in a tearful voice, I was not given a single job opportunity despite going from door to door in various offices. Seeing that I am disabled, no one wants to give me a job. I am suffering from extreme depression along with my family in the existing situation. Therefore, I am requesting the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina government to provide employment to the employer organizations of the country.
A local retired teacher said that if the government can provide education, employment and economic self-sufficiency to disabled people, the dream of the father of the nation, Bangabandhu, to build Sonar Bangla will become a reality. However, the current government has given special importance and social security to the disabled including a welfare law.
Sadullapur Upazila Social Service Officer Manik Chandra Roy was contacted over the phone, but he did not accept the call.
