Prime Minister inaugurated 100 highways in 50 districts of the country

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated 100 highways in 50 districts of the country. He read out the names of 100 highways.
Today Wednesday (December 21) morning, he inaugurated these highways by connecting virtually from Ganobhaban. Ganobhaban was connected with Tangail and Khulna districts in the event. The rest of the districts were connected through projectors.
Out of 100 bridges, there are 45 in Chittagong division, 17 in Sylhet division, 14 in Barisal division, six in Mymensingh, five each in Gopalganj, Rajshahi and Rangpur, two in Dhaka and one in Comilla.
Earlier, the Prime Minister inaugurated 100 newly constructed bridges. These bridges built at a cost of 879 crore 62 lakh taka were opened for traffic after the inauguration. On Monday morning, he inaugurated these newly constructed bridges by connecting virtually from Ganobhaban.
