Nilphamari Kishoreganj Service and Advocacy Week (17-22 December) Advocacy meeting held. Upazila Parishad Chairman Shah Md Abul Kalam Bari (Pilot) spoke as the chief guest in the meeting chaired by Upazila Family Planning Officer Rifat Ara Khan in the conference room of Upazila Family Planning Officer on Thursday afternoon.
