Mayor of Mymensingh City Corporation, Ikramul Haque Titu, while inaugurating the construction of roads and drains worth Tk 10.5 crore in Mosi, said that the Honorable Prime Minister has given various projects for the development of the people of Mymensingh, under which the construction of roads and drains in the city is progressing. These works must be completed quickly. Care should be taken to ensure that people do not suffer during the construction work.

At the same time, the mayor requested the citizens to be patient during the development work and called for everyone’s cooperation.

On Saturday afternoon, Mayor Md Ikramul Haque Titu inaugurated the construction of some roads and drains worth about 10.5 crores in various areas of Ward No. 10 and 17 of Mymensingh City Corporation (MOSIC). These include 375 meters of RCC road and drain from opposite Mintu College in Ward No. 10 to DR Road via Pachapukur and road carpeting in Ward No. 17 from Baghmara Road to Ravi Shop to JC Guh Road and Baghmara Ravi Junction from Brahmapally Nazrul Islam Junction. Construction of RCC drains up to 550 meters in total length.

During the inauguration, Ward No. 10 Councilor Md. Tajul Alam, Ward No. 17 Councilor Md. Kamal Khan, Ward No. 10, 11, 12 Councilor Roksana Shirin, Executive Engineer Md. Zahurul Haque and other officials of the engineering department, local dignitaries and others were present.
