If BNP comes to power, destruction, looting will start again: Nahid

Bangladesh Awami League presidium member, former education minister Nurul Islam Nahid MP said, after independence, we were one of the poorest countries in the world.
By making this country independent, Bangabandhu made it independent, democratic, sovereign and prosperous. The enemies of our country, the enemies of the nation have tried to kill the Prime Minister 19 times. But could not succeed. When BNP terrorism comes to power, the destruction, killing, looting will start again. That is why the Prime Minister should be elected again in the next election. He said, once our women’s society was backward. Now women empowerment has been established in our country.
He said this while addressing the chief guest at the tri-annual conference of Sylhet District Jubo Mahila League. General Secretary of Bangladesh Jubo Mahila League Professor Apu Ukil inaugurated the Tri-Annual Conference at Sylhet Zilla Parishad by hoisting the national flag and party flag of Bangladesh through the national anthem on Tuesday (November 08) morning.
Under the chairmanship of Bangladesh Jubo Mahila League Vice President Daisy Sarwar, Acting President of Sylhet District Awami League Alhaj Shafiqur Rahman Chowdhury, General Secretary Advocate Nasir Uddin Khan, Sylhet-03 Constituency MP Habibur Rahman Habib, United Kingdom Awami League Joint General Secretary Anwaruzzaman will address the conference as special guests. Chowdhury, Bangladesh Jubo Mahila League Vice-President Abida Anjum Mita MP, Vice-President Kuheli Quddus Mukti, Vice-President Parveen Khair, Vice-President Nargis Mahtab, Joint Editor Nusrat Jahan Jasmine, Organizing Secretary Salma Bhuiyan China, Co-Editor Lovely Sultana And members Nilufa Yasmin and others.
In the opening speech, Apu Ukil said, to achieve the target-2041 under the leadership of leader Sheikh Hasina, we will give blood to the needy but will not leave the streets. In the past, the Yuva Mahila League has proved that they can give blood for the Prime Minister by repeatedly protesting on the streets, struggling and sacrificing. This trend will continue in the future.
In the president’s speech, the vice-president of Bangladesh Jubo Mahila League, Daisy Sarwar, said that the development of the Prime Minister is being appreciated in the court of the world. Our Jubo Mahila League’s sole aim is to give the prime minister an opportunity to serve the people again in the next election.

In the second session of the conference Nazira Begum Sheela was declared as the president and Doctor Dina Begum as the general secretary of the new committee of Sylhet District Jubo Mahila League in a democratic process.
