7 more people died of dengue fever in the last 24 hours. 177 people died of dengue fever this year. At the same time, another 875 people were admitted to the hospital due to dengue fever. With this, the current total number of dengue patients has increased to 43 thousand 982. This information was informed in the notification of the Department of Health on Monday.

According to the notification, 497 of the new patients in the hospital due to dengue are residents of Dhaka. 378 people were admitted to hospital outside Dhaka. At present 1 thousand 980 people are admitted in different hospitals of Dhaka. And 1 thousand 290 people are admitted in hospitals outside Dhaka.

Besides, a total of 40 thousand 535 people have been discharged from the hospital.
