Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina reminded the businessmen of the various steps taken by the Awami League government to think about their country and people.
He made this call during an exchange of views with importers and exporters of consumer goods at Ganabhaban on Wednesday (October 26).
The Prime Minister said that after the formation of the government in 2009, whatever party our businessmen belong to, we did not go there to see the party. But I have created the environment for any party so that they can do business as businessmen. There is no Hawa Bhaban here, and there is no development wing in the PMO (Prime Minister’s Office) to pay one share in Hawa Bhaban, one share in Development Bhaban. shall or shall be given in such and such a place. You don’t have to suffer from this pain now. You will surely admit it. Everyone is free from that pain.
He said, now think about profit. Earlier, a large part would have become wind. Now there is no way to have that wind. I have freed everyone from there.
The Prime Minister said, so far, you have been doing profitable business continuously for 14 years, but we also faced it during Corona. I gave incentives, special incentives, no one came to me and demanded. no one said But we have decided. A team of mine was doing a great job of figuring out what could be done where. I have to keep the wheels of the economy moving.
He said, the developed countries of the world – their industries are closed, all their activities are closed, everything. We said we will not stop here. I have to turn it on here. I gave all the wages of the workers, the wages of these garments. I made incentive package, arranged to give special allocation.
