Discussion meeting with affected farmers to remove waterlogging of land in Raiganj

With the protest that “one inch of land cannot be kept uncultivated” in front of the protest, with the aim of removing the inundation of the arable land of Hatim Hasil Vatharia Khamargaanti Mauza of No. 4 Brahmagacha Union under Sirajganj Raiganj Upazila, a meeting was held with the affected farmers.
Hatem Hasil Bhathariya Qawomi Madrasa grounds at 4 pm yesterday Saturday under the chairmanship of Assistant Engineer BMDA Raiganj Md. Kamruzzaman spoke as the chief guest, Member Director Board Barendra Multilateral Development Authority (DMDA), Ministry of Agriculture and Vice President Bangladesh Krishak League, Agriculturist Alhaj Md. Sakhawat Hossain Sweet. In this exchange meeting, he discussed the issue of waterlogging of farmers’ land. About five (5) hundred farmers were present here.
