A young man named Rakib Mia (25) was seriously injured in a stabbing incident in Sunchhara Bazar of Alinagar Union of Kamalganj Upazila of Moulvibazar with the light of the motorcycle’s headlight falling on his eyes. The injured Rakib Mia is the son of Maina Mia of Yogibil village.

On Thursday (October 13) around 10:30 pm, a stabbing incident took place in Sunchhara Bazar area of ​​Alinagar Union. Later, his relatives took him to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital for treatment. Local UP chairman Niaz Morshed Raju confirmed this on Friday afternoon.

It is known that last Thursday around 10:30 p.m. Rakib Mia was returning home from the market on his motorcycle when the motorcycle’s headlight flashed into his eyes. At one point, Rakib stabbed Mia in the chest before realizing anything. Meanwhile Rakib fell on the ground. Later, his relatives quickly rescued him in a serious condition and took him to Kamalganj Upazila Health Complex. The doctor on duty referred him to Moulvibazar Sadar Hospital after giving first aid. Doctors sent him to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital after seeing his condition. He is being admitted and treated there. Currently, his condition is critical.
