Members of the Bangladesh Army have brought honor and dignity to Bangladesh through their sacrifice, devotion to duty and professionalism in establishing world peace and in various foreign missions, which has greatly brightened the image of Bangladesh in the outside world.
He said, since ancient times, it has been customary to carry the ‘flag’ as a symbol of national status on the battlefield. The flag is a symbol of independence, sovereignty, honor and dignity of the nation. Therefore, it is the sacred duty of every soldier to protect the flag.
