Myanmar does not keep its word: Planning Minister
Sunamganj Correspondent/
Myanmar has no courage to do anything directly to us. But they have a habit of disturbing. You have to talk, sit down to solve the main problem. Bangladesh is ready to sit. But Myanmar speaks differently. Planning Minister MA Mannan commented that they do not keep their word.
He said this while visiting different worship halls of Shantiganj upazila on Vijaya Dashami on Wednesday (October 5). The planning minister visited various pavilions in Pagla, Noakhali, Nagar and Patharia in the upazila from morning.
He said Bangladesh is a peaceful country. We don’t want war and rebellion, people suffer. We want peace on the border. I want peace within the country. If Myanmar continues to push, it will be forced to take action.
