Three of the 5 farmers who were abducted from the hilly area of ​​Teknaf in Cox’s Bazar were rescued with injuries. They were kidnapped by Rohingya terrorists demanding a ransom of 5 lakh taka.

It is known that they were abducted on Thursday (September 29) from the hilly areas of Pankhali and Morichyaghona of Hnila Union of Teknaf Upazila. Two others who were kidnapped are still missing.

It is known that on Thursday morning, Md was abducted by Rohingya terrorists. Shahjahan (35), Abu Bakr (40) and his son Mehdi Hasan (12). They were taken away from the paddy field. Nazir Ahmad and his son Mohammad Hossain were picked up from a local cucumber field. Later, the kidnappers phoned each of their families. A ransom of five lakh rupees was demanded over the phone. But as they did not get the money, the terrorists shot the farmer Shah Jahan and chopped and seriously injured Abu Bakr-Mehedi Hasan. Later, the relatives of those farmers went to the spot in a group and left the injured three behind. But Nazir Ahmad and his son Mohammad Hussain were taken to the mountains at gunpoint.
