Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, a member of the party’s standing committee, claimed that the agitation program of BNP has created a mass wave across the country.
On the occasion of the 29th founding anniversary of Zia Manch, he said this to reporters after paying respects at the tomb of late BNP founder Ziaur Rahman in Sher Bangla Nagar on Thursday (September 29) morning.
Gayeshwar said, mass tide against the government has been created all over the country. If there is an obstacle to the program announced by BNP to save democracy, it will be resisted with the people. He said that the program will be successful, there is no use in calling for cooperation from the government.
Gayeshwar said, the blood of the martyrs will not go in vain. There will be obstacles on the way, obstacles will come in front. People will come down the road to get their rights by crossing obstacles.
At that time, leaders and activists of various levels of Zia Manch were present along with Dhaka BNP South convener Abdus Salam.
