Abdullah Al Mamun, Chapainawabganj: Bangladesh Supreme Court, High Court Division Justice Syed Md. Ziaul Karim was welcomed in Chapainawabganj. A reception was organized by the District Bar Association to mark his arrival.

On Monday (September 26) afternoon in the conference room of the District Bar Association, the judge was presented with an honorary crest and certificate as a welcome guest.

Earlier, Justice Syed Md. Ziaul Karim spoke as the chief guest in the discussion meeting. District and Sessions Judge Md. Adib Ali, Women and Child Abuse Reppression Tribunal Judge (Senior District and Sessions Judge) Naresh Chandra Sarkar, Chief Judicial Magistrate Kumar Shipan Modak, Additional District and Sessions Judge Md. Rabiul Islam spoke under the chairmanship of Advocate Jobdul Haque, President of the District Bar Association.

Senior lawyer Abu Nazar Hossain Khan British, Adv. Anwar Hossain Dolar, Adv. Solaiman Bishu, Abdul Odud, Adv. Mohammad Ishaq, GP Adv. Rajbul Haque, PP Adv. Nazmul Azam, Adv. Abu Md. Saiful Islam and other lawyers also spoke in the program moderated by General Secretary of the District Bar Association Mahmudul Islam Kanak.

Judge’s traveling companion Bench Officer Muhammad Saidur Rahman and Assistant Bench Officer Md. Ashraf-ul-Alam were present on the occasion.
