World Tourism Day was celebrated in a colorful manner at Srimangal, a tourism upazila of Moulvibazar district.

On Tuesday (September 27) at around 11 am, a colorful procession and discussion meeting was organized by the Srimangal Tourism Service Organization.

A discussion meeting was held after the colorful rally. Upazila Parishad Chairman Bhanulal Roy, Srimangal Tourism Service Organization Advisory Council member Sultan Md. were present as chief guests. Idris Ledu, Upazila Vice Chairman Haji Mohammad Liton Ahmed, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Tourist Police Srimangal Zone Saber Reza, Municipal Councilor Mir MA Salam, Vice-President of Tourism Service Organization Md. Khaled Hossain, Joint General Secretary Tapas Dash, Finance Secretary Shahidul Haque and others.

Tour Guides and Tour Operators Community of Moulvibazar, Srimangal Hotel Resort Owners Association, Srimangal Thana Hotel Restaurant Owners Association, Tourist Police Srimangal Zone, Srimangal Thana Branch Bhanugach Road CNG Group Committee participated in the procession.
