A python was caught in the fishing net while fishing in Hail Howar of Srimangal Upazila of Moulvibazar.

At around 6 am on Friday (September 16), fisherman Adar Mia, son of Machaddar Mia, of West Kharura, in Srimangal Hail Howar, saw a python trapped in the net while lifting the net that had been cast for fishing the day before. Fisherman Adar Mia took the snake in a boat with a net and brought it to the Haor bank. Later he informed the Bangladesh Wildlife Service Foundation located in Srimangal. Swapan Dev Sajal, director of the Wildlife Service Foundation, along with members of the forest department, rescued the python from the net after receiving the information.

Sajal Dev said, we quickly got the news and rescued the python. Otherwise, as he was in the state of being hidden in the net, there was a possibility of death if he was a little late. The unharmed python was released in the Lauachhara National Park.
