Six people have been killed in shootings in the cities of Detroit and Houston in the United States.

These events happened on Sunday. Indian media NDTV reported this information about the authorities.

Detroit Police Chief James White said three people were killed and another wounded in the shooting. One man and two women were killed. They were shot at different places. One was in a bus, another was walking his dog and another was on the street. And the injured man was shot while trying to stop the assailant from the car. He was shot once.

White said the shootings were very random. On this day, three people were killed in the shooting in the city of Houston, Texas.

Houston Police Chief Troy Finer said the attackers set several houses on fire and waited for people to come out. As soon as they came out, he opened fire on them.

He also said that the attacker was shot dead after the police reached the spot.
