Several people have died in the last 24 hours due to corona virus in the country. As a result, the death toll has increased to 29,321.

Besides, 196 new corona patients have been identified. With this, the total number of identified patients stands at 20 lakh 10 thousand 944.

This information has been informed in the regular press release about Corona sent by the Department of Health on Friday (August 26).

According to the notification, 4 thousand 739 samples were collected in 24 hours. 4 thousand 721 samples were tested. The detection rate against the test is 4.15 percent. The total detection rate since the beginning of the epidemic is 13.65 percent.

Meanwhile, 278 people have recovered from Corona in 24 hours. So far 19 lakh 55 thousand 84 people have recovered.
