The President urged all government employees including educational institutions to work with responsibility and sincerity. Abdul Hamid.

On Wednesday (August 24), he made this call during an exchange of views with representatives of Itna Upazila of Kishoreganj, along with prominent people and officials of various classes and professions.

Regarding the complaint that there is no ‘education’ in a local government educational institution, the President said that government employees including educational institutions should follow all the rules and regulations. The environment should also be ensured so that the children can study in a beautiful environment.

Highlighting the various steps taken by him for the development of Haor area, President Abdul Hamid urged the stakeholders to be more sincere and responsible towards education and said that quality education should be ensured in educational institutions. The standard of education should be increased in tune with the world and era. Otherwise we will fall behind.

During the meeting with the local elected representatives, he said that we should work unitedly for the overall development of the country. Those who feel that the development of the area is narrowing their path to power; They are the ones who are trying to mislead people through various propaganda.

Addressing the voters, Abdul Hamid said, politicians will come and go but the one who will work for the development of Haor; Instead of individual and family development, elect the people’s representatives who will work for the development of the people.

At the beginning of the meeting, a minute’s silence was observed to pray for the peace of the soul of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Apart from the local parliament member Rezwan Ahmad Tawfiq and secretaries of the president, local public representatives and dignitaries were present in the exchange meeting. Before the exchange meeting, the President inspected various development activities including the under-construction cantonment at Mithamain. Besides, he inaugurated several development works in Etna.
