Sushil’ Project Learning Dissemination Workshop Held in Gaibandha

A learning dissemination workshop for the ‘Sushil’ project was held in Gaibandha. On Thursday (September 24), representatives from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), partner agencies, and ActionAid Bangladesh participated in the event at SKS Inn, Gaibandha. The workshop was organized by ActionAid Bangladesh with support from the European Union under the Sushil project. Attendees included Mousumi Biswas, Project Manager at ActionAid Bangladesh, and Ashraful Alam, Coordinator (Public Relations and Networking) at SKS Foundation.

The workshop involved the presentation and review of the project’s achievements, implementation experiences, positive changes, best practices, and challenges. Participants shared their experiences and put forward practical recommendations aimed at making future activities more effective and fruitful. Rabiul Hasan, Officer (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning – MEAL) at ActionAid Bangladesh, conducted the workshop’s ‘learning capture’ session using the H-Method. Mousumi Biswas moderated the entire workshop.

She also led a discussion on the sustainability plan, assisted by Shafayet Hossain, a Fellow at ActionAid Bangladesh. The discussion placed special emphasis on sustaining project achievements, formulating effective strategies, and strengthening the collective commitment of stakeholders.

The workshop was organized as part of ongoing efforts to build a stronger, more inclusive, and sustainable civil society in Bangladesh. The participants’ experiences, opinions, and commitments-focused on advancing collaborative learning, partnerships, and initiatives grounded in local realities-will play a crucial role in sustaining the Sushil project’s achievements and amplifying the impact of related initiatives.
