A day-long Leadership Learning Summit and family get-together, organized by the BDRMGP FNF Foundation, was held in Gazipur with the aim of fostering leadership development, strengthening mutual bonds, and promoting family harmony. Held at a pleasant resort in Gazipur, the event saw enthusiastic participation from both the foundation’s members and their families.

Moderated by Sajibul Islam, Chairman of the Bangladesh Readymade Garments Professionals’ FNF Foundation, the event was attended by Shahiduzzaman Robin, Managing Director of Sustainable Business Solutions Limited; Yasmin Mallick, RSC Specialist; Md. Al-Amin, Additional Director at Walton Hi-Tech Industries; Syed Shariful Alam, General Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) at TM Textile & Garments Limited; and Nasir Mahmud Parvez, CEO of Fabixa Sourcing Group. Also present were Al-Mamun (President), Saddam Hossain Johnny (Executive Secretary), and Sohel Rana Sabuj (General Secretary) of the foundation’s 2026–27 executive committee.

The day-long program featured sessions on leadership development, experience sharing, motivational discussions, and interactive activities. A joyful family gathering held alongside these activities added a special dimension to the event. Sajibul Islam, Chairman of the Bangladesh Readymade Garments Professionals’ FNF Foundation, stated that the primary objective of the event was to build effective leadership while further strengthening mutual cooperation, trust, and family bonds among the members. Describing the initiative as timely and inspiring, participants expressed hope that such events would continue in the future.
