14 leaders of Awami League and allied organizations resign at a press conference in Muksudpur

Fourteen leaders of the Awami League from Khandarpara Union in Muksudpur, Gopalganj, have resigned from their party posts in a press conference.
They made the announcement at a press conference organized at the Muksudpur Upazila Press Club on Tuesday (December 23) morning.
The resigning leaders are Md. Kabul Sheikh – Agriculture Affairs Secretary, Idris Sheikh – Labor Affairs Secretary, Md. Hafizur Rahman – Education and Human Resources Affairs Secretary, Khandarpara Union Awami League, Bikash Sarkar – Vice President, Patu Laskar – Joint General Secretary, Nur Islam Molya – Organizing Secretary, Ward No. 1 Awami League, Khandarpara, Mojibur Rahman Chunnu – President, Nasir Sheikh – General Secretary, Ward No. 3 Awami League, Khandarpara, Md. Mohiuddin Khandaker Alo – President, Khandaker Imam Hossain – Member, Nirod Biswas – Member, Shukur Khandaker – Member, Ward No. 6 Awami League, Khandarpara, Azad Sheikh – President, Russell Sheikh Adari – Member, Khandarpara Union Swechasebak League
Reading a written statement at the press conference, Khandaker Imam Hossain said that he was responsible for various levels of the Khandarpara Union Awami League and its associate organizations in Muksudpur.
Due to our personal problems, we are voluntarily resigning from all positions and titles, including primary membership of the Awami League.

From today, the Awami League has no further relationship with us.
