Under the Greater Mymensingh Region Crop Intensity Increase Project (1st Revised), the Department of Agricultural Extension organized a 3-day agricultural fair at the Sadar Upazila Agricultural Office.

The 3-day agricultural fair to increase crop intensification began on Monday morning.

The chief guest was the Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension, Krishibid Md. Amirul Islam, who officially inaugurated the agricultural fair by cutting the ribbon.

Netrokona Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Asma Binte Rafique presided over the event, moderated by Sadar Upazila Additional Agriculture Officer Rakhi Poddar, Additional Deputy Director (Plant Conservation) of the Department of Agriculture Extension, Md. Moksedul Haque, Sadar Upazila Agriculture Officer Krishibid Rehnuma Naureen, Sadar Upazila Fisheries Officer Md. Ashrafullah, District Press Club Secretary Mahbubul Kibria Chowdhury Helim, among others, spoke.

Various types of fruits, tree seedlings and agricultural equipment were displayed in 10 exhibition stalls during this three-day agricultural fair.
