A protest march and short rally were held in Sreepur, Gazipur, demanding a fair investigation into the terrorist attack on Sharif Osman Hadi, an independent candidate for Dhaka-8 constituency and spokesperson of Inqilab Mancha, in the 13th National Parliament election, and the attack on Ershad Ullah, the convener of the Metropolitan BNP in Chittagong-8 constituency, and punishment of the culprits.
The program was held on Saturday (December 13) morning in the Gargaria Master Bari Bazar area on the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway under the leadership of Abu Taher Pradhan, Member Secretary of Sreepur Municipality Jubo Dal.
The protest march turned into a short rally after circumambulating the Gargaria Master Bari Bazar area.
The rally was presided over by Abu Taher Pradhan, a member of the Gazipur District Jubo Dal and member secretary of the Sreepur Municipality Jubo Dal. Addressing the gathering were Abul Hossain Pradhan, a member of the Sreepur Municipality BNP convening committee and former student leader, Abul Hossain Pradhan, a member secretary of the Gazipur District Sramik Dal, Abul Kalam Pradhan, convener of the Sreepur Municipality Swechhasebak Dal, Nazrul Islam Milon Pradhan, joint conveners of the Sreepur Municipality Jubo Dal, Monir Hossain, Alamgir Hossain Mr., Sreepur Municipality members Monir Hossain, Liaquat Ali, and leaders of BNP and its affiliate organizations.
