Himchhari police arrest terrorist Ejahar dacoit from Ramu Khuniapalong
The police have arrested the Ejahar dacoit from the East Dhechuapalong area of Ramu Khuniapalong union.
On December 13, at 12 noon, the police led by SI Sheikh Abdu Chabur of Himchhari police outpost arrested him.
Mentioned that on December 9, at 11 am, after not receiving the extortion money in the East Dhechuapalong area, 20/30 armed terrorists including Yaba traders Jasim Uddin and Shahab Uddin attacked and vandalized the fence surrounding the land owned by Advocate Joynal Abedin, son of the late Haji Siddique Ahmed of East Dhechuapalong area and stopped the construction of the school.
In this incident, Joynal Abedin became the plaintiff and filed a case with Ramu police station accusing 9 people.
Land owner Joynal Abedin and former member Advocate Jasim Uddin said that we have been living on the land of Bhoj Bhitar for 60 years.
This land has many houses and old graveyards along with many forest and fruit trees. Even then, there was no primary school in the area, so the family decided to build a school locally, with the help of representatives of the area, thinking about the children and the children, and when we refused to pay, the terrorists, including Ezahar robbers and Yaba traders Jasim Uddin and Shahab Uddin, demanded a ransom of 10 lakh taka from us, cut the tin fence of my house and vandalized it. The locals said – Joynal Abedin and former member Advocate Jasim Uddin, thinking about the children and the children of the area, took their personal initiative to build a school in the place where they lived. We condemn the attack led by Ezahar robbers. Although the police arrested Ezahar robbers, Yaba traders Jasim Uddin and Shahab Uddin and other terrorists have not been arrested yet. The locals requested the administration to bring them under the law.
The situation is currently tense, and the locals are afraid that a major bloody incident will occur at any moment.
