Former MP Ebadul Karim Bulbul passes away
Former Awami League MP from Nabinagar, Brahmanbaria, Md. Ebadul Karim Bulbul has passed away. Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun. He breathed his last at 9 am on Thursday while undergoing treatment at United Hospital in Dhaka. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment 2 days ago due to a brain hemorrhage. He was 69 years old at the time of his death. Ebadul Karim Bulbul was the managing director of Beacon Pharmaceuticals, the country’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The country’s top industrialist Ebadul Karim Bulbul is a son of Barail village in Salimganj Union of Nabinagar Upazila of Brahmanbaria. In 2018, he was elected as a member of parliament from Brahmanbaria-5 (Nabinagar) constituency Awami League. He was a donor member of the Nabinagar Press Club, and founded many mosques, madrasas, and educational institutions. He is survived by his wife, 1 daughter, and 2 sons. The news of his death has cast a shadow of mourning over the area.
