The High Court admitted the appeal against the case filed by the ACC against Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat,Anjuman Ara Shahid and Raheeb Safwan Sarafat Chowdhury, and granted a stay on all proceedings related to the matter and the impugned order, noting that the proceedings were fundamentally flawed from the very beginning (void ab initio).
