November 25, 2025, the Health Department Monthly Coordination Meeting of Magura District for the month of November 2025 was held in the conference room of the Civil Surgeon’s Office, Magura. The meeting was presided over by the Civil Surgeon of Magura District, Dr. Shamim Kabir. The meeting was attended by the Divisional Coordinator of the World Health Organization, the Honorable Superintendent of the 250-bed hospital, Magura, Health and Family Planning Officers of all Upazilas, Chest Disease Clinic, Consultants of Magura and Upazila Health Complexes, and members of various levels of health service providers working in the Health Department of Magura District.
It is worth noting that Magura District is currently in the 2nd position at the district level in the “HSS Scoring” conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services to ensure health services across the country.
Magura is ranked at the top of the district level in the recently concluded TCV Campaign 2025 within Khulna division.
At the end of the meeting, the health assistants of Magura district presented mementos of appreciation to the Honorable Civil Surgeon Sir, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officers of 4 Upazilas of Magura district, and the Surveillance and Immunization Medical Officer of the World Health Organization for successfully completing the TCV Campaign 2025.
