Government officials and employees in Gournadi, Barisal, have staged a protest, submitted a memorandum and held a human chain program demanding publication of the 9th pay scale gazette by December 15.

Bangladesh Government Employees Demands Realization Oikya Parishad Gournadi Upazila organized an hour-long protest and human chain program at the Upazila Bhasha Sainik Kazi Golam Mahbub Chattar on Tuesday morning to fulfill their demands.

Upazila Parishad Staff GM Abdur Rob, Md. Mehedi Hasan, Abdul Halim, Md. Shipon Howlader and other officials spoke at the time.

Finally, a memorandum was submitted to the Chief Advisor through Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Ibrahim.
