Police have recovered the body of a young man named Aminul Sheikh (36) from the Chakidah Bridge of Kachua River on the border of Ullapara Municipality in Sirajganj. On Wednesday morning, locals saw the floating body and informed the police. After the police reached the spot and recovered the body, the relatives of the deceased identified his body. Aminul is the son of Aynal Sheikh of Raipur village in Sirajganj Sadar Upazila. Eyewitnesses said that sometime at night, the miscreants killed him and left him at this place and fled. Ullapara Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Ekramul Hossain said that after receiving information, the police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it to Sirajganj Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. A case has been filed with the police station in this regard. The clues to this murder will be revealed very soon.
