Islamic Front Bangladesh Narayanganj District Council was held at Narayanganj Shilpakala Academy.
The council has declared Iqbal Sobhan Apollo as the president and Md. Saddam Hossain Kawsar as the general secretary, and the Narayanganj District Committee has been announced.
On Saturday (November 1) afternoon, the council session was chaired by the outgoing president of Islamic Front Bangladesh Narayanganj District, A.M.M. Ekramul Haque. The chairman of Awlad-e-Rasul (D.A.) Islamic Front Bangladesh, Allama Syed Md. Bahadur Shah Mojaddidi Al-Abedi, graced the seat of the chief guest.
The keynote speaker was Allama Zainul Abedin Zubair, Secretary General of Islamic Front Bangladesh. Present as special guests were Islamic Front Bangladesh Vice Chairman Principal M Ibrahim Akhtari, Maulana Shahidul Islam Abedi, Joint Secretary General Allama Mosharraf Hossain Helali, Md. Amjad Ali Liton. Islamic Front Bangladesh Narayanganj District General Secretary Md. Saddam Hossain Kawsar moderated the event, while Islamic Front Bangladesh Dhaka Divisional Organizing Secretary Md. Tariqul Hasan Lincoln spoke as a special speaker. The Narayanganj District Committee for 2025-2027 was announced at the conference.
Iqbal Sobhan Apollo was elected as the president of the newly formed committee, General Secretary Md. Saddam Hossain Kawsar and Golam Maula Sohel was appointed as the organizing secretary.
The other committee members are Vice President Md. Mahbubur Rahman Gelman, Haji Md. Nurul Islam, Maulana Md. Mosleh Uddin (Rupganj), Haji Mizanur Rahman and Habibur Rahman Habib (Fatullah), Co-General Secretaries Engineer Abdul Khalek, Abdullah Al-Mamun, and Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Co-Organizing Secretary Tarek Hasan Sunny Dewan, Finance Secretary Abdullah Sardar, Office Secretary Md. Milon Hossain, Publicity Secretary Md. Abdul Malek, Student, Youth and Sports Secretary Md. Rubel Mia and Executive Member Md. Tariqul Hasan Linkhon.
The leaders of the council emphasized the importance of working with the ideals of Islam and social values ​​and wished the newly formed committee success.
