Jubo Dal’s 47th founding anniversary celebrated in Nabinagar
The 47th founding anniversary of the Nationalist Jubo Dal was celebrated in Nabinagar, Brahmanbaria, through a colorful rally and discussion meeting. The event was organized by the Upazila Jubo Dal and led by BNP party nomination aspirant Kazi Nazmul Hossain Taposh on Tuesday afternoon. In the afternoon, a huge rally started from Aliabad bus stand and circled the main roads of the municipal city and ended at the Nabinagar Government Pilot High School ground. Thousands of leaders and activists from different unions of the upazila participated in the rally with banners, festoons and slogans. Later, a short discussion meeting was held at the Nabinagar Government Pilot High School ground. Upazila Jubo Dal President Emdadul Bari presided over it and Municipal Jubo Dal President Ali Azam conducted the event. Speakers at the meeting said that the main goal of establishing the Jubo Dal was to restore democracy and organize the country’s youth. For that purpose, the Jubo Dal of Nabinagar is working unitedly under the leadership of BNP party nomination aspirant Kazi Nazmul Hossain Taposh.
The discussion meeting was addressed by District BNP Vice President Anisur Rahman Manju, District BNP members Engineer Shafiqul Islam, Abu Sayed, Hazrat Ali, former Municipal Mayor Mohammad Mainuuddin Ahmed, former General Secretary of Municipal BNP Haji Shahabuddin, former President of Municipal Chhatra Dal Ashraf Hossain Rubel, President of Zia Mancha Al Mamun, Rubel Akram, former convener of Upazila Jubo Dal Apel Mahmud etc.
