15 Burmese cows seized in Naikhongchari operation
15 Burmese cows have been seized in a BGB operation in Naikhongchari, Bandarban. On Saturday (October 11), at 7 am, the battalion BGB’s regular patrol team led by the BGB captain was able to seize all these cows. BGB sources also said that 11 BGB’s responsible Majhirkata area was seized by the Naikhongchari 11 BGB commander Lt. Col. SKM Kafil Uddin Kayes under the direction of Lt. Col. SKM Kafil Uddin Kayes. In this regard, Lt. Col. SKM Kafil Uddin Kayes, commander of 11 BGB, said that it was not possible to identify any person as the smugglers fled after being informed of the operation.
He said that strict surveillance and intelligence activities have been increased by the Naikhongchari Battalion (11 BGB) to prevent cattle smuggling on the border route.
