The final football game, prize distribution and closing ceremony of the 52nd Summer National School, Madrasa and Technical Educational Institutions Sports Competition were held in Shibpur. The sports competition was organized by the Upazila Administration and Upazila Secondary Education Office at the Dhanua ground of Shibpur Government Pilot Model High School on Monday afternoon, September 29. The program was presided over by Shibpur Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Altaf Hossain. Shibpur Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mrs. Farzana Yasmin was present as the chief guest. Assistant Commissioner Land Md. Abdur Rahim, Officer-in-Charge of Shibpur Model Police Station Md. Afzal Hossain were present as special guests. Among others present were Shibpur Government Pilot Model High School Headmaster Nur Uddin Md. Alamgir, Upazila Academic Supervisor Md. Gias Uddin, Shibpur Press Club President S. M. Khorshed Alam, former president Md. Asaduzzaman Asad, headmasters and assistant teachers of various institutions, among others.
