The award distribution ceremony among the best students of the upazila under the Performance Based Grants for Secondary Institutions Scheme (SEDP) project of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education in Rupsha was held on Wednesday afternoon, July 22, at the auditorium of Kazdia Government Higher Secondary School. The Deputy Program Coordinator (Administration, Finance and Purchase) of the project, Professor Khandaker Mizanur Rahman, spoke as the chief guest at the award ceremony organized by the Rupsha Upazila Secondary Education Office and the District Education Office. Khulna District Education Officer S.M Sayedur Rahman and Acting Principal of Kazdia Government Higher Secondary School Ajit Sarkar spoke as special guests.The program was presided over by Rupsha Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Bhumi) Apratim Kumar Chakraborty. Upazila Secondary Education Officer S.A Anwa-ul Quddus delivered the welcome speech. Nityananda Mondal, Academic Supervisor of the Upazila Secondary Education Department conducted the program speech on District BNP member, Managing Committee President Sheikh A.S.
