In a word, there is no reason to consider the Railway Ministry as an outside or separate organization of the government. He also said that the quality of the hospitals designated by the railways will be improved. Medical services will be open to the general public, apart from those working in the railways. He also said that the government has taken up the project of modernizing the railways. However, the government does not want to demolish and build a tiled building in the name of modernization. He said that infrastructural development will be done by maintaining the old traditions.
