With the aim of building a new Bangladesh, the National Gold Cup Football Tournament is starting in Bandarban from January 30 on the occasion of ‘Youth Festival 2025’.
Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ara Rini informed the media through a press conference in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner of Bandarban on Tuesday (January 28) morning.The Deputy Commissioner said, National Gold Cup football tournament is starting in Bandarban from 30th of January in a colorful arrangement.

In addition to studies,it is an initiative to develop physical,mental and aesthetic talents of students through sports, increase morale and encourage them in the field of sports.The Ministry of Youth and Sports has taken this initiative to encourage sports activities,prevent drug addiction,militancy and other anti-social activities.16 teams are participating in the tournament.The grand opening of the tournament will be held on Thursday (January 30) and the closing ceremony and prize distribution on Saturday (February 1).
