Asha Mondal, Sirajdikhan (Munshiganj)

Munshiganj Sirajdikhan Upazila is celebrating Victory Day with due dignity with various arrangements. On this occasion, in the morning, the Upazila administration, Upazila BNP and its affiliated organizations, including various government and private educational institutions, paid tribute to the martyrs by placing flowers at the Freedom Fighters Memorial.
Later, a discussion meeting organized by the Upazila administration was held. The function was presided over by Upazila Executive Officer Shahina Akhter, and was attended by Sirajdikhan Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Saiful Islam, Sirajdikhan Upazila BNP General Secretary M. Haider Ali, Sirajdikhan Upazila BNP Office Secretary Ahidul Islam Ahid, Munshiganj District Volunteer Party General Secretary Siddiq Molla, Sirajdi Khan Upazila Press Club President Subrata Das Ronak, Sirajdikhan Upazila BNP Joint General Secretary Md. Ataur Rahman, Sirajdikhan Upazila Health Officer Dr. Jamshed Faridi, Anti-Discrimination Movement Student Coordinator Ratul Hasan Shanto, Zakaria and leaders of various organizations were present.

A large number of leaders and activists of Upazila BNP and its associate organizations were present at the function. Various educational institutions are celebrating the day through various programs including discussion meetings, painting competitions and documentary films. Besides, Sirajdikhan Upazila Press Club, Sirajdikhan Sathi Samaj Kalyan Sangstha and various social organizations laid wreaths at the Shaheed Minar and paid tribute to the heroic sons of the nation.
